The Role
Position Summary:
We are looking for an SAP Basis Consultant with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to join our Product Development team. In this role, you will support SAP product development in our internal SAP landscape, ensuring smooth installation, configuration, and operation of SAP systems as per project needs.

• Plan, prepare, install, and maintain SAP applications in internal development and test environments.
• Execute operational tasks including system setup/configuration, add-on creation & deployment, and SAP component upgrades.
• Perform troubleshooting, error analysis, performance tuning, and issue resolution in a multi-product SAP environment.
• Monitor system performance and ensure availability, scalability, and reliability of SAP systems.
• Participate in transport management and ensure proper migration of development/configuration objects using CTS/TMS.
• Coordinate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams on a day-to-day basis for deployment and validation.
• Document all SAP configurations, procedures, system setups, and interfaces as per compliance and internal standards.
• Participate in SAP system upgrades, kernel patching, and implementation of Fiori applications and launchpad configurations.
• Assist in SAP Security, Role assignment, and user provisioning when required.
• Learn and support deployment of Innovapptive’s Mobile Application Products and Deployment Methodology.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in installing and configuring SAP NetWeaver and Business Suite systems.
• Practical understanding of SAP landscape components – Application Server, DB Server, Message Server, and Gateway.
• Working knowledge of SAP TMS (Transport Management System), RFCs, Background Jobs, and System Monitoring tools.
• Experience in applying SAP notes, patches, and kernel updates.
• Familiarity with Fiori App deployment, Launchpad setup, and SAP Security basics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a logical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work from Hyderabad or relocate.

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, or cloud integration platforms.
• Experience in multi-product deployment and cross-system validation.
• Knowledge of database administration (HANA, Oracle, or SQL Server) in the SAP context.
