The Role
Innovapptive is hiring a Senior Manager of Content Marketing to build category authority, enterprise credibility, and high-performing inbound content that drives trust, engagement, and demand.
This role is responsible for developing expert-led, POV-driven, AI-citable content across the buyer journey. You will partner closely with the SEO, Website, and Product Marketing teams to ensure Innovapptive’s content is differentiated, conversion-oriented, and aligned to high-intent inbound growth.
What You’ll Do
- Create monthly and quarterly content calendars in partnership with the SEO team, prioritizing high-impact keywords, themes, and buyer-intent topics
- Analyze competitor content strategies to identify gaps and high-leverage opportunities
- Produce and optimize high-value inbound assets including product pages, blogs, case studies and conversion-focused content
- Structure and optimize content for AI-driven discovery, citations and LLM recommendability
- Ensure content reflects Innovapptive’s differentiation, enterprise credibility, and value creation levers
- Enforce editorial standards so only high-quality, authority-backed content is published
- Work closely with internal SMEs across Product, Product Marketing and Leadership to extract insights and translate them into compelling content
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop lead magnets such as ebooks, case studies, and enterprise-grade assets
- Collaborate with Design and Website teams to create supporting visuals, banners, and content experiences
- Periodically analyze conversion performance of key pages and improve outcomes through stronger CTAs, lead magnets, and content upgrades
- Support inbound demand goals by ensuring content drives engagement and lead capture
Success Metrics
- Increase in Organic MQLs and SQLs
- Increase in AI search citations vs competitors
- Growth in search traffic for product pages, blogs and the overall website
- Higher conversion rates on key content and product pages through optimized lead magnets
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing, with end-to-end ownership of content strategy, production, and editorial management.
- Proven ability to create and optimize content that supports the full funnel and drives measurable inbound impact
- Experience partnering closely with SEO teams on keyword prioritization, clustering, and inbound content strategy
- Familiarity with AI-driven search trends and ability to optimize content for LLM discoverability
- Highly analytical and performance-oriented, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush/Ahrefs, CMS platforms and AI writing tools
- High-ownership, outcome-driven mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
