The Role
We are looking for a Strategic Marketing Manager to own and drive three critical pillars of our marketing engine: events, partner marketing, and analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing Innovapptive's presence at key industry events, managing co-sell and joint GTM motions with strategic partners like AWS and Accenture, and bringing a strong data-driven mindset to measure and optimize marketing performance. You will work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to ensure every initiative is tightly aligned to pipeline goals. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of field marketing, alliances, and growth, ideal for someone who is equally comfortable building a partner campaign, running an event on the floor, and presenting ROI metrics to leadership.
What You Will Own:
1. Events Management
- Plan and execute end-to-end event strategy — tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and executive roundtables (e.g., AWS re:Invent, SAP Sapphire, industry summits)
- Manage event budgets, vendor negotiations, booth logistics, and sponsorships
- Define pre/at/post-event playbooks and track ROI metrics — leads, pipeline influenced, and cost per lead
- Coordinate with sales and SDR teams to align event execution with GTM priorities
2. Partner Marketing & Co-Sell (AWS & Accenture)
- Own joint GTM plans, co-branded campaigns, and co-sell motions with AWS and Accenture partner teams
- Manage MDF utilization, AWS Marketplace presence, and partner portal listings
- Build partner-facing enablement assets — co-branded decks, solution briefs, and battlecards
- Coordinate joint PR, social amplification, and quarterly partner reviews with relevant marketing data
3. Analytics & Performance
- Own marketing dashboards tracking pipeline contribution, event ROI, and partner-sourced revenue
- Ensure accurate lead attribution in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) in partnership with RevOps
- Present monthly/quarterly performance reports to leadership with clear KPIs and budget recommendations
4. Cross-Functional & Program Management
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels
- Maintain a unified marketing calendar covering events, partner activities, and campaign milestones
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience: 3–6 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech marketing
- Partner Marketing Hands-on experience with AWS or major SI partner programs (MDF, co-sell, marketplace)
- Events End-to-end event management experience including tradeshows and executive events
- Analytics Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel/Sheets, and marketing analytics tools
- Communication Strong written and verbal skills; ability to manage external partner relationships
- Industry Exposure to Manufacturing, EAM, Field Service, or Industrial SaaS is a plus
