The Role
As a Sales Operations Analyst at Innovapptive, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our go-to-market (GTM) strategy by leveraging data to enhance sales efficiency and drive business performance. You will be responsible for managing Salesforce operations, creating insightful reports and dashboards, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. This is a high-impact role that requires both technical and analytical expertise, along with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales operations, systems, and processes within the GTM organization.
- Create, maintain, and enhance Salesforce reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to the executive team and sales leadership.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify performance gaps, root causes of variances, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Work closely with Sales and GTM leadership to align operational efforts with strategic goals and company objectives.
- Maintain and optimize sales tools and systems such as Salesforce, Gong, and ZoomInfo, ensuring they support effective decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflows and improve transitions between teams, enhancing overall sales process efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc) to stakeholders, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of sales policies, procedures, and operational best practices.
- Manage internal audits, projects, and process improvements to ensure consistency and excellence in Sales operations.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, ideally within a high-growth, fast-paced environment (start-up experience preferred).
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Administration, with proven experience in creating and managing reports, dashboards, and data management.
- Strong technical skills in supporting and optimizing Salesforce from both a system and functional perspective. Salesforce certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with additional GTM tools like Gong, ZoomInfo, Hubspot, Outreach and others will be a plus
- Demonstrated experience in sales analytics, identifying trends, and providing business insights based on data.
- Proven ability to create commercial proposals and support pricing discussions with internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to handle large datasets and complex sales metrics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across teams and management levels.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Business acumen and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output and accuracy in all deliverables.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making by providing sales teams and leadership with clear, actionable insights.
- Drive continuous improvement in GTM operations, ensuring our sales processes and systems align with business goals.
- Play a critical role in the ongoing optimization of sales operations, fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
